Strong Racks use 10 gauge thick mounting tracks and 16 gauge down tubes to provide superb strength. Strong Racks have the highest overhead weight capacity of any overhead rack. To protect you and the stored items, a 2-inch safety lip borders the rack to keep items from slipping off.
